I read his book – “Stumbling on Happiness”. Definitely worth the read. The most surprising revelation was that things we think will make us very happy/unhappy don’t. At least not in the degree we expect them to. Another one is how our brain deals with certain situations. Apparently, we tend to regret something we didn’t do rather than something we did do. It is easier to explain away a mistake, than a missed opportunity. Moral of the story – take more risks, I suppose. :)
